Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using OpenDown during the preview period. They are written plainly so you can understand what the product does, how the current service is operated, and what remains your responsibility.

Using OpenDown

OpenDown helps you discuss ideas, build dashboards, and collaborate with AI-assisted workflows. You are responsible for the information you upload and the decisions you make from generated output.

Accounts and security

Keep your account credentials safe and use the correct workspace or organization when handling private data. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Content and dashboards

You retain ownership of the content, files, prompts, and dashboard data you provide. You grant OpenDown the permission needed to process that content so the requested features can work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, compromise systems, abuse other users, or upload content you do not have the right to process.

Availability and changes

The service may change as we improve the product. We aim for reliability, but beta and AI-assisted features may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
