Privacy Policy

This policy summarizes what information OpenDown uses and how it is handled when you sign in, chat, upload files, or create dashboards during the preview period.

Information we process

We process account details, workspace metadata, chat messages, uploaded files, dashboard data, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide AI and dashboard features, maintain collaboration history, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

Private spaces

Family and private dashboards are treated as sensitive workspace data. Public sharing should only happen through explicit sharing features, and some private dashboard types may disable public links.

AI and service providers

To generate dashboards, recognize uploaded content, deliver login emails, and operate the service, selected data may be sent to AI model providers, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, and email or notification providers only as needed for the requested feature.

Data isolation

Accounts, organizations, private spaces, dashboards, and membership relationships are used to separate data access. The China edition is adding domestic-edition fields so future international and domestic data planes can be separated more clearly.

Children and sensitive information

The service is not intended for children. Do not upload state secrets, regulated industry data, identity documents, bank card numbers, precise addresses, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information unless the feature explicitly requires it and you have the right to process it.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while it is needed for the product or legal obligations. You can remove content from the product, and deletion behavior may depend on backups and connected providers.

Your choices

You can choose what to upload, which workspace to use, and whether to invite collaborators. Contact the project owner if you need account or data access help.
